Russell Wm. Palin's practice has focused on litigation for over 28 years. He represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all forms of civil proceedings, other than family law. He also focuses his practice on estate administration, together with associated estate litigation.

Based in Peterborough, Ontario, he has represented clients throughout the Province of Ontario, but concentrates his practice to south eastern Ontario.
